Hosted at Teodoro, this one-night-only event brings the artistry and innovation of Substance to Mexico. Chef Matthias—celebrated for his contemporary vision and mastery of seasonal ingredients—will collaborate with the talented Impression by Secrets culinary team, led by Chefs Orlando Trejo and Alexis Valera. Guests will savor a modern interpretation of classic French cuisine, enriched with local flavors and sustainable products. Each course will be paired with select wines in an elegant setting.

Matthias Marc is the chef and founder of Substance, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris celebrated for its modern interpretation of French gastronomy. Originally from the Doubs region of France, Matthias draws inspiration from his mountain roots, combining authenticity, precision, and bold creativity in every dish. Before opening Substance in 2018, he refined his craft in some of the world’s most acclaimed kitchens, including Le Meurice Alain Ducasse and Lasserre. Dinner includes four plates and a dessert made by Chef Matthias, French pastry chef Camille Pele, and Chef Orlando Trejo, Culinary director of the resort.
