Offer valid for qualifying groups with contracts entered into by December 31, 2027 for a Qualifying Event actualized by December 31, 2026 and from June 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, at participating Hyatt Inclusive Collection resorts in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Offer code MEETINHIC must be disclosed during initial inquiry and included in a signed contract. Offer is an invitation to negotiate a contract and is only available if the Individual Planner requests the offer and the hotel confirms its availability. All details relating to the Qualifying Event (including the guest room bookings) are subject to the contract terms, which override any terms set forth in this offer. A “Qualifying Group” is defined as a new Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, or Events group with a minimum contracted guest room package revenue of USD $5,000. Revenue qualification is based exclusively on contracted guest room package revenue.
A Qualifying Event and other undefined terms herein shall have the meaning described to them in the World of Hyatt program terms available at Hyatt.com/terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional restrictions for a Qualifying Event set forth in the published offer shall apply.
With this Offer, Individual Planners may qualify for up to four (4) benefits based on contracted guest room revenue for each Qualifying Event. The number of benefits a Planner qualifies for is based on the contracted guest room revenue for the Qualifying Event, and the benefits must be chosen at the time of contracting. Hotel has no obligation to provide the chosen benefits if the actualized guest room revenue from the Qualifying Event is lower than the contracted amount and the Individual Planner would otherwise no longer qualify for the benefit. Benefit qualifications are as follows:

Benefits:
One (1) Presidential Suite reserved at the group rate at the time of contracting. If a Presidential Suite is unavailable, the highest available suite category will be reserved at the group rate.
Three (3) suite upgrades reserved at the contracted group rate at the time of contracting, in addition to any suite concessions already included in the group agreement. Suite upgrades awarded under this promotion will be reflected in the group room block inventory. Final room assignments will follow the contracted rooming list.
The 5% Rebate will be applied to all eligible charges, which vary by hotel and could exclude alcoholic beverages, applicable taxes, service or incidental charges, mandatory resort fees, gratuity, specialty restaurants, room service, or venues or services operated by third-party vendors, that are included in the master account following group actualization and final settlement of the master bill. The rebate amount is returned to purchaser after the Qualifying Event is actualized and full payment has been received by the participating hotel. World of Hyatt points (if applicable) will not be earned for the rebate amount.
This 5% Rebate promotional perk and the 5% Cash Forward Program are not combinable and may not be selected for the same group.
The 2% commission will be calculated exclusively on qualifying contracted guest room package revenue and paid according to the participating resort's standard commission payment process.
The additional commission does not apply to non-package revenue, including meeting room rental, food and beverage, audiovisual services, destination management services, or any other event-related charges.
Eligibility for commission remains subject to applicable agency accreditation requirements and commission policies.
World of Hyatt Meeting Planner Bonus Points are funded by the participating resort and are subject to the complete World of Hyatt program terms and conditions available at Hyatt.com/terms.
Bonus Points are earned based on all qualifying revenue included in the master bill, in accordance with the World of Hyatt Meetings program. Under this promotion, eligible planners will receive double the World of Hyatt Meeting Planner Bonus Points earned on qualifying revenue.
Eligible planners must be a World of Hyatt members and must provide a valid World of Hyatt membership number at the time of contracting to receive bonus points. Please allow up to four weeks after final payment after the event for points to be posted.
Bonus Points may be allocated among eligible World of Hyatt members in accordance with World of Hyatt Meetings program rules.
Waived Setup Fee for One Event: Includes one (1) complimentary hour cocktail reception featuring four (4) cold hors d’oeuvres, followed by a complimentary two (2) hour buffet dinner including a national open bar, standard house linens, and basic event lighting.
Premium event venues, beach locations, upgraded décor, audiovisual equipment, entertainment, and other event enhancements are excluded and will incur additional charges.
